Connecting Communities Foundation
empowers Tucson's youth and families
to build stronger safer neighborhoods.
Through partnerships with businesses, foundations and individuals, CCF funds collaborative initiatives that provide neighbors with the skills needed to bring about positive change.
Residents, neighborhood associations, schools, nonprofit organizations, businesses and other community groups work in unison to find solutions to neighborhood challenges.
CCF builds strategic partnerships to leverage funds and produce successful outcomes. The agency provides grants to neighborhood associations and direct service providers to arm residents with the tools needed to create vibrant, thriving neighborhoods.
Through these partnerships, the goal is:
